We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you a new size. We will exchange or refund items we sell provided they are returned unworn in perfect condition with all their original packaging intact within 28 days of dispatch. Please note, once the garment is worn, it can only be exchanged for another size.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. However, in the event that we have sent you incorrect, damaged or defective items, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the merchandise to us and we will waive the shipping costs of replacing it. No additional shipping will be charged if you are exchanging a product.
Refunds will be issued within 1 week of the returns being received.
